To ensure the success of your submission and to facilitate a smooth peer review process, we ask that authors carefully follow the guidelines outlined below. These instructions are designed to help authors prepare their manuscripts for submission and ensure that all accepted articles meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and clarity.

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted
We accept a wide range of manuscript types, including:

Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings that warrant rapid publication. These should present novel ideas or new discoveries that are of immediate relevance to the field.

Methodological Papers: Articles focused on new methodologies, techniques, or tools in gynecology, obstetrics, or maternal health that could improve research or clinical practices.

Commentaries and Opinion Articles: Thought-provoking articles that discuss emerging trends, challenges, or important topics in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, and maternal health.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Language and Style
Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English. Authors for whom English is not the first language are encouraged to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission.

The journal follows a formal academic writing style, free of jargon or colloquialisms. Please ensure that your writing is accessible to both clinical practitioners and researchers.

Formatting
Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Use 1-inch margins on all sides and double-space the text.

The preferred font is Times New Roman, 12-point size.

The title should be descriptive and concise, accurately reflecting the content of the article. It should not exceed 15 words.

Keywords
Authors should provide 4-6 keywords that are relevant to the content of the manuscript. These will help potential readers find the article and improve searchability.

4. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Gynecology Obstetrics and Mother Health undergo a double-blind peer review process. The editorial team will assign the manuscript to appropriate experts in the field for evaluation. The reviewers will assess the quality, originality, and relevance of the research, and provide feedback for revision.

Manuscripts may be accepted, revised, or rejected based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Authors are expected to address reviewers’ comments and revise their manuscripts accordingly. A response letter explaining how the comments were addressed must accompany the revised manuscript.

5. Article Processing Charges
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publishing the manuscript. Details regarding the APC will be provided during the submission process.

6. Ethical Guidelines
Authors are expected to follow ethical research guidelines. Studies involving human or animal subjects must have received ethical approval from a recognized institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee.

7. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work but grant the journal a license to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license. This license allows others to freely distribute, remix, and adapt the work, provided the original authors are credited.

8. Revision Process
If revisions are required after peer review, authors must revise their manuscript and submit a detailed response letter. This letter should explain how each reviewer’s comment has been addressed in the revised manuscript.
