Author Guidelines
The Science Set Journal of Ophthalmology and Eye Care (ISSN: 2996-0940) invites submissions from researchers, clinicians, educators, and healthcare professionals who wish to contribute high-quality work to the evolving field of eye health, vision science, and clinical ophthalmology. These guidelines are provided to help authors understand our submission process, formatting expectations, ethical requirements, and publication practices.
We accept a broad array of article types including original research, clinical studies, case reports, reviews, and technical innovations. Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the following instructions to ensure a smooth peer-review and editorial workflow.
1. Article Types Accepted
We publish diverse scholarly works relevant to vision research and clinical eye care. Manuscripts may be submitted in the following formats:
- Original Research Articles: Empirical studies offering new insights into basic science, clinical ophthalmology, ocular pharmacology, surgical methods, and vision therapy.
- Case Reports and Case Series: Descriptions of rare or complex clinical presentations, diagnostic challenges, treatment strategies, and follow-up outcomes.
- Review Articles: Critical summaries and syntheses of current evidence in key areas such as refractive errors, corneal disorders, retinal diseases, or neuro-ophthalmology.
- Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses: Structured evaluations of existing literature using established methodological standards.

2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Figures and Tables
- All visual data should be of high resolution and labeled appropriately.
- Each figure or table must be referenced within the text.

3. Submission Process
Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission portal or designated email address. During submission, ensure that the following files are included:

7. Article Processing Charges
To support the costs of peer review, editorial management, open-access hosting, and digital archiving, the journal charges a publication fee. The specific APC amount will be communicated to the authors following acceptance of the manuscript. There are no submission charges or fees for rejected papers.
Waivers or discounts may be considered for authors from low-income countries or under special circumstances at the discretion of the editorial board.
