Author Guidelines

We welcome high-quality submissions that contribute to the fields of clinical medicine and biomedical science. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, authors must adhere to the following guidelines. These guidelines are designed to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts for publication, ensuring that each submission meets the necessary standards for peer review and eventual publication.

1. Manuscript Types

We accept the following types of manuscripts for consideration:

- Original Research Articles

- Review Articles

- Clinical Case Studies

- Short Communications

- Methodological Papers

- Editorials and Opinion Articles

Each type of manuscript should focus on advancing knowledge in clinical and biomedical sciences, with a clear emphasis on scientific merit, methodological rigour, and relevance to current healthcare practices.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Authors whose first language is not English may wish to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.

Formatting: Manuscripts should be formatted in a Word document (doc or docx). The document should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and use a standard 12-point font (e.g., Times New Roman). Please include page numbers.

Title: The title should be descriptive, concise, and specific to the content of the paper. It should not exceed 15 words.

Abstract: A concise abstract (150-250 words) should be included for all manuscript types. The abstract should summarize the key objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.

Keywords: Authors should provide 4-6 keywords that best describe the content of the article.

Headings: Use appropriate and clear headings and subheadings to organize the manuscript. The main sections of the manuscript should include:

- Introduction

- Materials and Methods

- Results

- Discussion

- Conclusion

References: All references should be cited in the text using the APA citation style (e.g., Smith, 2020). The reference list should follow the APA style for all types of references (books, articles, websites, etc.).

In-text citation format:

(Author, Year) — Example: (Smith, 2020)

Reference list format:

Smith, J. (2020). Title of the article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), Page numbers. https://doi.org/xx.xxx

Figures and Tables: Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and cited in the text. Each figure and table must have a descriptive title. High-quality images and graphs are required, and they must be submitted in separate files (preferably in .jpg or .png format).

3. Submission Process

Online Submission: All submissions must be made through the journal’s online submission system. Authors should create an account, log in, and follow the steps to submit their manuscript and any additional materials (figures, tables, supplementary files, etc.).

Cover Letter: A cover letter must be submitted along with the manuscript. This letter should include a statement of the manuscript’s originality, that it is not under consideration elsewhere, and the key contributions of the manuscript to the field of clinical and biomedical sciences.

Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial relationships or any other factors that could influence the manuscript’s impartiality.

4. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The journal’s editorial team will assign suitable experts to evaluate the quality and relevance of the manuscript. The goal of the peer review process is to ensure that each manuscript meets the journal's high standards for scientific rigour and integrity.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with the publication of the manuscript. Further details regarding the APC will be provided during the submission process.

6. Ethical Guidelines

Authors are expected to comply with the ethical standards of research. All studies involving human or animal subjects must have received appropriate ethical approval, and this must be clearly stated in the manuscript. Authors must ensure that they have properly cited all sources of data and ideas that are not their own.

7. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain full copyright of their work but grant the journal a license to publish it under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license, which allows others to freely distribute, remix, and adapt the work, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors.

8. Revision Process

Once peer review is completed, authors will receive feedback from the reviewers. If revisions are required, authors must address all comments and submit a revised version of the manuscript. Authors should provide a response letter detailing how each comment was addressed in the revised manuscript.
