Abstract:
APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) have become the backbone of modern software ecosystems, enabling interoperability, innovation, and rapid development. However, the legal landscape surrounding APIs presents com plex challenges related to copyright, liability, data protection, and regulatory compliance. This research proposes innovative strategies to create a more secure, ethical, and compliant digital ecosystem through systematic analysis of API legal aspects using TRIZ methodology and scenario planning. The findings provide a roadmap for policy makers, businesses, and developers to maximize API potential while ensuring legal compliance and public interest protection.
