Abstract:
Mu-metals are used for magnetic shielding. Sensor design is a field where mu-metals are often used so that sensors are protected from different external magnetic fields. In this study, different designs for mu-metal covers are exam ined parametrically in which thickness serves as the main parameter. Thickness, which is the key parameter of this study, is very important for magnetic shielding and weight considerations.
