Abstract:
The reality of climate change and its impact on human health are no longer in the realm of speculation. International scientific organizations, such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, have long predicted the disruptions in planetary ecolo gy and human health that the world now faces. Climate system of the Earth is non-linear and characterized by oscillations, and f luctuations. While the causes for such changes in climate are the anthropogenic activities and increasing emission of Car bon di-oxide (CO2) and other Greenhouse gases into the atmo sphere, the impacts are disproportionately distributed among the regions.
